The one-bedroom apartment was spacious enough for four, with a comfortable sofa bed. The location was excellent, just a short walk to major attractions, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was commendable. The decor felt rather basic, and the experience would likely not suit longer stays due to its simplicity. Dining options were limited within the building, and while it was convenient, the restaurant did not offer much variety. Try the smoked fish if you get a chance!

The hotel was a good base for enjoying a shopping area, right by the main attractions as well as very quiet with shutters. The room was cosy, new-fashioned on the upper level. Refrigerators, an oven and kitchenware were nice. Thanks to the friendly staff everything was very comfortable, including lots of good food.

The location was marvellous and incredible right in the heart of the city. There was pizzeria Caffe Duomo, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

The location was fantastic for our family stay. It was just a short walk to the lake and local shops. We had a lovely day at Villa d'Este Golf Club with beautiful views and fun for everyone. The apartment was also verynice and neat for us, including the kids.
My kids wished there were a safer way to access the mezzanine bed, as the stairs felt a bit wobbly. It would be great if they added some safety features to make it more family-friendly.

Thank you for a really really nice stay, recommend. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and in a marvellous location very close to the Cathedral where daily masses are held. The staff is flexible and the food is good.
